Let’s talk about energy today. The entire universe consists of energy and has specific frequency linked to it. Even the words we speck, actions and thoughts carries vibrations with it.

Every individual posses an infinite energy within themselves, these latent energies can be transformed within themselves and within the cosmos.

Mind set and self talk defines a person on an individual and collective level. What we have been feeding to our mind takes the shape of reality in our physical world. So, let’s encourage more positive self talk to embrace your true identity.

Consistency is the key 🔑

Pick up three things which scares you a lot on a daily basis and make that happen for you. Once you’re consistent, within short period you’ll realise how much you have grown up as an individual. Idea is to keep breaking your own record on all levels. Create your own empire with your own rules. ✨🥳

When we see things happening in our life organically it’s kind a peace and happiness. No matter where you’re in your journey, just remember one thing that you’re an amazing soul and deserves the best in everything. Keep loving yourself and allow your light to shine on you and others 🥰

What’s on my desk

I spend more and more time at my desk these days, doing my writing, art work, blogs, businesses and day time with my bank job. It’s fulfilling to see growth in all dimensions with love and passion.

My daily planner

My planner is one of those simple ring binder journals you can pick up from any stationery supplies store. White paper. No ruled lines to cage my venturesome handwriting and doodling. I’m an obsessive note-taker and fill pages to the margins with to do lists, rough sketches, and ideas for blog posts. I usually go through one planner every month.

Staying Organized

Starting a day with an intension to live it to the fullest leads me to have an awesome day. Writing journals, meditation and exercise are first hour activities of the day.

There are millions of tips out there on how to fly, what to bring on camping vacations, which suitcase to buy, where to go and what to see in just about every corner on Earth. What I want to share is something a little different – something that i discovered in the journey of my life.
